House Rules
Please review these guidelines to ensure a pleasant and respectful stay for everyone
Villa Mastrosimone is your home away from home. We've established these house rules to ensure the comfort, safety, and enjoyment of all our guests while maintaining the beauty and integrity of our property. By booking with us, you agree to respect and follow these guidelines.
Guest Capacity
- •Maximum occupancy: 10 guests
- •All guests must be registered at check-in
- •No additional visitors without prior approval
- •Children are welcome and must be supervised at all times
- •Guest list changes must be communicated in advance
Noise & Quiet Hours
- •Quiet hours: 11:00 PM - 8:00 AM
- •Please be respectful of neighbors
- •Outdoor music must end by 10:00 PM
- •No loud parties or events without prior permission
- •Keep doors and windows closed during evening music
Safety & Security
- •Keep all doors and windows locked when leaving the property
- •Do not leave valuables in plain sight
- •Pool area must be supervised when children are present
- •Emergency contact numbers are provided in the welcome guide
- •Report any security concerns immediately
- •Fire extinguishers and first aid kit locations are marked
Swimming Pool
- •Pool hours: 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM
- •No diving - shallow pool
- •Children must be supervised at all times
- •Shower before entering the pool
- •No glass containers in pool area
- •Pool maintenance: Wednesdays 9:00-11:00 AM
- •Use of inflatables subject to approval
Property Care
- •Treat the property as if it were your own
- •Report any damage or breakage immediately
- •Do not move furniture without permission
- •Keep outdoor furniture under cover when not in use
- •Dispose of trash in provided bins
- •Recycling guidelines are posted in the kitchen
- •No smoking inside the villa
Kitchen & Dining
- •Fully equipped kitchen available for guest use
- •Please clean dishes and surfaces after use
- •Do not use outdoor BBQ without instruction
- •Report any appliance malfunctions immediately
- •Food waste should be separated for composting
- •Late-night cooking should be kept quiet
Additional Guidelines
Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Designated outdoor smoking areas are provided. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly.
Pets
Pets are not allowed unless prior written approval has been obtained. Unauthorized pets may result in additional cleaning fees or booking termination.
Events & Parties
Small gatherings may be permitted with prior approval. Large events, weddings, or parties require special arrangements and additional fees. Maximum 15 people for approved gatherings.
Parking
Private parking for up to 3 vehicles is available. Additional parking must be arranged in advance. Please park only in designated areas.
Air Conditioning & Heating
Please close windows and doors when using air conditioning or heating. Turn off systems when leaving the property for extended periods.
Wi-Fi Usage
Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided. Please use responsibly. Illegal downloads or excessive bandwidth usage may result in service interruption.
Laundry
Washing machine and dryer are available for guest use. Please use provided detergents and follow machine instructions. Do not leave wet laundry in machines.
Trash & Recycling
Please separate trash according to local recycling guidelines (posted in kitchen). Trash collection days are Monday and Thursday. Place bins outside by 7:00 AM.
Check-out Expectations
Before departure: strip beds and place linens in laundry room, wash and put away dishes, take out trash, close all windows and doors, return keys.
Non-Compliance
We reserve the right to take appropriate action for violations of house rules, including but not limited to:
- •Verbal or written warnings
- •Additional cleaning or damage fees
- •Forfeiture of security deposit
- •Immediate termination of booking without refund
- •Legal action for significant property damage or illegal activities
